$59.99By purchasing this Photography Access Pass for $59.99, you (“Photographer”) agree to the following terms set by Legendary Fight Promotion (“LFP”). This pass grants you permission to take photos at this event only. A new media pass much be purchased for each show. All photographs taken during the event become the sole property of LFP, and by purchasing this pass, you transfer all rights, titles, and interests in the images to LFP. You agree to deliver all high-resolution digital photos to LFP within 7 days of the event. Photos may not be sold, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from LFP, and no images/videos/clips/edits or anything of that nature may portray LFP, its staff, athletes, or the promotion in a negative or defamatory manner. LFP reserves the right to apply its watermark and use the photos for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes without restriction. This purchase is non-refundable, and failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of photography privileges and responsible for paying all legal fees associated with any and all claims and events related to this event. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which constitute the full agreement between you and LFP, governed by the laws of this current state.
